Inheritance funds missing

My father died 10 years ago and left inheritance for my brother to get when he is 21 years old.they failed to contact us when hewas 21 then at 22 made a follow up about the money on his behalf.The lady who assited her was rude and said my brother must do it himself.Then he did since last 2020 till now 2021 they still refusing to release his money.its been email after email and call after call.We went to Bloemfontein and asked for 1 on 1 appointment Absa refused and master of high court people also redused to meet with us .Then they said files are missing then files were found..upto this day there is no progress.At absa they said they will check the files whether the money is still there where will it go..everytime we talk to new person handling my brothers case it is absa then it is masterof high court..My brother feels like someone chowed his money because they said he will receive it on April 2021 then files were missing..later they were found. Its a never ending story.
