*****ing my Credit Card money

I settled my credit card in the beginning of may as it was handed over to the lawyers. When I paid the money to the same absa account with the same reference, they could not trace the money. I called over 10 times and no one wanted or could reverse the money to my account or pay it to the lawyers. This is disgusting and they are holding me hostage with my own money. It is over 5600 rand but no-one can tell me where the money is.
