Inequality In The Workplace

I am currently an employee of the ABSA Auckland Park Call Centre, under the management of Jo Ann ****. It is on various occasions that I have been exposed to the micromanaging and misuse of power from Jo Ann.

She is a bully and summons her employees to come to work even when they have not been scheduled to do so. She also does not hold back to remind her staff that if you do not do what she wants you to do, she will have you fired for going against her word.

She does not know how to lead people but instead she makes them feel inferior and terrified to stand up for what's right and what the law authorizes them to. She prohibits any chances of her employees growing in the workplace and is very vindictive when she doesn't get her way.

To whom do we report such matters to and how do we take this matter forward?

Well if management was fair enough to listen to the disputes of the staff and settle them in the correct way, then such platforms would never have to be used. If you have equal interest in your employees, you would know that other incidents have played out like this. You owe it to the people that you employ, to go through the right lengths in making sure that something like this never happens again.
