Inefficient service

I was informed I qualify for a credit card last week Monday and that I would get an email on the same day advising what documents to submit, I never got the email on the day, I only got it after another call from Absa late Wednesday. I am traveling to Durban and would like to use my card, please delivery it tomorrow as requested on the email I sent with all the required documents. I can not be inconvenienced due to a consultants incompetence. The lady that contacted me on Monday should have sent me the email she promised and completed the process the following day. I need my credit card tomorrow.
