Inefficient internet banking

So much so for a new look on ABSA Internet banking site but so ineffective. How come there is no option to print the proof of payment details? <br> <br> I went to the Grove branch this afternoon to obtain the method in getting this proof of payment but was not surprised that I was not the only client having the same problem. How inefficient to go to a branch in any case and not to be helped? According to the client services contact person on the floor the proof of payment can only be obtained from the \old"system and when I asked her if they can retrieve it"
