Inefficient and disgusting servce from absa Bryanston shopiing centre

Dear sir - I closed my Absa cheque account in late 2021. It was during the covid period. I went to the Bryanston branch - a woman at the front deskand said she will send the instruction to head office. Nothing has materialised, now I am getting phone calls from debt collectors
