Inefficient ABSA !!!!
After lengthy discussions regarding the credit card my son has with ABSA they gave me the settlement figure to deposit before they could close the account. I made the deposit. We then called them to close the account as they instructed us because you can ONLY do it by phone...go figure. So we called them. Then the said no, we need to make another payment before they can close it. Absolutely poor pathetic service !!!!!
