Inefficacy of Absa Cash passport

Purchased an Absa Cash Passport/travel wallet on 7 Aug. Kgomotso at Brooklyn branch advised that the cards would be activated within 24 hours of purchase & the forex loaded. Today I called to confirm if the cards are active only to be advised by Cash Passport that Absa sold the cards to me incorrectly and did not complete all of the required information. The cards are invalid. Tried to sort it out at the airport as we flying in a few hours. Absa Ortia was most unhelpful. Noah Maredi shrugged his shoulders at me and told me to call the branch that sold me the cash passport on Tuesday, 11th. Absa's attitude and service is very poor. The cash passport is an inconvenience.
