Ineffecient process
How is it that Absa is the only bank that requires you to complete a form to change debit order details with Absa Homeloans? Even though you completed the information by email. And if you have 3 products with them, you have to complete the same form 3 times. It took me 3 minutes to do the same with Nedbank telephonically.
