Indefinite holds on my account

Holds were placed on my account since 9 December 2023 without any notice and having confirmed the legitimacy of the funds received. I was contacted numerous times by ***** inquiring regarding the source of the funds received and my responses have been clear and concise however my account remains "suspended". As you will see on your records I've made numerous calls seeking clarify as to why it's taking this long to conclude your investigation however I'm yet to be issued a sound reason. I've waited several years for these funds and now that I've duly received them I'm unable to make full use of them as intended. I've accumulated a lot of debt that needs to be settled along with various other financial obligations that need my attention but holds still remain on my account indefinitely. I opened an ABSA with the hope that I'll have peace of mind however the complete opposite is happening. Furthermore I mentioned to ***** that there's more funds incoming as my settlement was only part paid but even this doesn't seem to move you. I demand that this is resolved amicably so I can continue transacting on my account as it cannot remain in the current untenable state.
