Increased my monthly bond for no reason!!!
Absa homeloans increased by monthly bond by an extra R142, 00.when I phone and asked them they said it was absa insurance that increased my structural insurance. I then phoned absa insurance and they said as per my instruction in Feb 2019, they never increased anything. So between my absa bond and absa insurance one of them stuffed up and they are not fixing it. So I will move my bond to another bank as Absa is really useless!!!!
