Increased debit order
I’ve had vehicle finance with absa for nearly 3 years. This week I received an email stating “as agreed to the following changes have been made to your Vehicle Finance Account with us” first of all no one spoke to me at all asking if they could increase my bill, the cost of living is high enough and for them to decide to increase my bill without my permission is ridiculous. As a result I am unable to pay another debit order.
