Incorrectly sectional title that need to be rectified

Good day I will like to Absa home Loan collection to contact me. I have been trying to contact Absa with no success. emails were sent with no response and certain staff at Absa do not answer their emails. My case has been dragged since the beginning of this year. There is hold om account which has to be removed, I call everyday and I am told that the case has been sent to relevant people but no one comes back to me. The approved rectification letter has been issued by Absa Laywers, I am living on the incorrect sectional title and that should be rectified My number ***
