Incorrectly listed as "Under Debt Review"

I have been struggling since Feb already to have an account removed from my name. This account was last open 3 years ago when I was still under debt review, but I finished paying it, it was closed, I received my clearance certificate and still got financing for a car almost 2 years ago already. All of the sudden, almost 3 years later, this account has again been opened and been put back on my credit report. Whats more is that I have been listed as "under debt review" again without any mention. This is not acceptable at all. I had a car accident end of April and my car was written off. When trying to apply for finance for a new vehicle, I kept getting rejected and eventually found out that I had been listed as "under debt review". Now to explain my circumstances - I have 2 small children who need to get to school and back, I have a mother who I need to get to work and home, I have a partner who needs to get to work and home, and I need to get to work and home as well. We have been without a car for almost 2 months now, paying hundreds if not thousands of rands for Uber, Bolt, DiDi etc. We are not financially able to survive like this! To make matters worse, the entire family is frustrated and arguing, because I was the reliable one who needs to sort everyone out, but now none of us are able to get anywhere. After 4 months' communication back and forth with ABSA, I was told 2 weeks ago that this issue would be resolved within 7 business days, but my latest credit report of this evening is STILL showing this account as open on my name! What do I need to do to get this issue resolved?! I have been fighting and struggling so, and now I have all these enquiries piled up against my name, so I wont be able to get financing for at least the next 3 months. What am I supposed to do?! This is totally unacceptable and I cannot survive the way we are living at the moment. I will be posting on social media as well, because it seems that emails and phone calls clearly just arent working.
