Incorrectly billed account

I have just gone through my bank statements from November 2014 and realised that there are charges that are always inconsistent yet I signed up for a silver bundle whereby I was supposed to be charged R98 a month.<br> <br> My account number is ***<br> <br> I need you to investigate these charges and tell me why I have been charged like this. This has been going on for more months as well and I thought you would reverse it.<br> <br> I need somebody to correct this and contact me URGENTLY<br> <br> <br> I have already visited the branch and no one seems to know what the charges are for.
