Incorrect SMS Notifications - Despite Notification.
ABSA. One of your clients have accidentally linked my phone number to their SMS notifications. I have tried calling you guys numerous times - but your IVR never routes to an agent. I have reported this to you via email too.
This is a POPI concern as your customers information will get leaked to me.
Can you please resolve this. I am soo glad I am not one of your customers, because it seems that no matter how one tries to contact you you do not assist your customers.
