Incorrect Settlement Amount Given

<p>I went into ABSA at Balfour Park on the 18th of August to get a settlement amout to close my credit card. I was given an amount which I immediately paid. I now have tried to cancel my card but was told there was an outstanding amount on it which I must pay to close the card. At no point was this explained to me when I went into the branch. I would like this amount to be written off!!!</p>
