Incorrect Settlement amount

Good day,<br> <br> I have just settled my home loan, but I believe the settlement amount does not seem to be right.<br> <br> Please could you provide me with a detailed breakdown as to how Absa Home loans came to this amount?<br> <br> The original home loan amount was R950 000, I have been paying between R6200 to R6900 per month from April 2014 to April 2016.<br> <br> And now I have been told that my settlement amount was R960 000. I do not believe this is correct, how can I be paying for a home for 2 years and not one cent has gone towards the capital and an amount of R10 000 was add on that.<br> <br> Please can this calculation be re looked at and a refund effected where necessary.<br>
