Incorrect SAFPS listing by ABSA

Today I found out that I have been listed by ABSA on SAFPS. I was told by SAFPS that the listing was made in february 2017. In 2016, I was ****** and my green ID was taken. I still have the affidavit which confirms that I lost my ID. I have never opened an account with ABSA. I have been trying to call ABSA’s telephone number that SAFPS gave me but no one is picking up. I urgently need to clear my name.
