Incorrect postal address and early billing

I'm am beyond annoyed following a phone call from VM's outbound collections department with someone named Loreal. If you are going to interrupt people during their work day, and ask if they have time to speak with you, start off by telling them why you are calling before wasting their time.

Next, why would I update my address and you dont update the residential and postal address? They should be the same if I dont use a work address or post box! Why would my former home address be the postal one when I have told you I don't live there anymore and have given you the new one for billing....?

I have NEVER missed payment, and usually pay much more than is due... I have never gotten paid on the 21st, so why would you now be calling me about "late payment", when I haven't even been paid yet, and have already made my September payment. My payment date should be the end of the month - I have always been paying towards the end of the month and it's never been a problem until this phone call today!

And then when the call with Loreal cut abruptly, I call back on same number and come out to Ouma in Collections, who I have to again go through the whole verification with after I tell her that I'm calling back for Loreal, only to tell me that Loreal is in another department, and then irritatingly ends the call unpolitely.... where has customer service gone??

Loreal tells me that I wasn't being nice, yet your agents call during the day when I have to work, to waste my time when I ask questions.

Do not call me again if you do not have your facts straight - my residential address is the same as my postal address, so I should not have to go into a branch again to update this!

My pay day is 27th, so my payment should only be expected after the 27th! and get better consultants and a better script format!
