Incorrect Point-of-Sale transactions

Rooiberg Superette always submits Point-of-Sale purchases as \cash back withdrawals"& my bank (Capitec Bank) charges me R 1.25 for a cash back withdrawal. My bank (Capitec Bank) doesn't charge me for Point-of-Sale transactions but Rooiberg Superette is processing my Point-of-Sale purchases as cash back withdrawals. The Merchant is in violation of their MasterCard agreement & ABSA Merchant agreement. The Merchant is probably seeing a loophole in the system & they processing Point-of-Sale transactions as cash backs withdrawals for their own benefit & they violating their MasterCard agreement & ABSA agreement."""
