Incorrect Numbers for the Restructuring Department

I called in sometime last year to increase the debit amount for my car because at the time I could afford it. The agent that ***isted me advised that I only needed to increase the debit amount and instead of changing the contract itself so that I can decrease it back to the original/agreed amount as per contract ANYTIME I wanted to without any h***les and that to me sounded sensible.

This however is not true as I found out when I called in yesterday wanting to decrease the debit amount back to the original amount stated in the contract. I was told that my query needs to go to the restructuring and then they gave me a number that DOES NOT WORK.

I want this sorted urgently as I have other financial commitments to attend to!!
