Incorrect ITC Listing

I had an Absa personal loan a few years ago that I have paid up in 2012. I even have the paid up letter. <br> I received my credit report on Wednesday and low and behold Absa is on there. On both TransUnion and Experian it shows I am more than 9 months in arrears, opening balance is R15 659, Current balance R1926, arrears amount R1926 and status as Open/Current. I have contacted the action line via email and was told to phone ***. I phoned that number where again I was told to phone ***, which again I did but I keep getting a 'This line is busy' message. I then phoned ***where again I was told to phone ***. <br> <br> I can't keep phoning around to solve a problem on my own costs that isn't even suppose to be my problem. I need this sorted ASAP.
