INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN REGARDING FEE

Account number ***,,,,After numerous trips to the bank staff were unable to explain why a fee of R 16. 77 went through on 4/3 and R 25 the same day. I was then given the 086 to query. Spoke to NGCOBO ?TOMBINI ON 12/4 at approximately 2.30pm. He was firstly inefficient. I had to repeat myself often. Then made me to hold on for such a long time, came back and said that the R 16. 77 was an unauthorised overdraft fee! I asked him to go back and check my account since December - I had not used the overdraft AND I had an overdraft limit in place! He repeated this a few times. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was kept on hold forever! I did not appreciate that after 3 trips to the bank and 3 calls to query such small amounts! Please get a competent person to explain those 2 fees to me! Thank you.
