incorrect information

im in arrears at Absa because they said they had technical problems(July 2015) when they didnt deduct the correct amount. now yesterday i received a call from a lady by the name of Sheryn who said the notes said im in arrears cause of financial problems which is not true. when i requested that they send me the recorded tapes where i said im having financial crisis,she quickly apologised.
