INCORRECT INFORMATION

I am very disappointed with the the sms i received from absa saying: dear absa client , you credit card account is overdue.Please make the required payment immediately. I am not sure if you system indicates that i have a debit order every month which shows on my statement as follows: Debit order As requested, your nominated account *** will be debited on 27 Jun 2015 with R225,00. (Credit card account summary at 28 May 2015)<br> so please explain to me how can my account be in arrears if its on debit order goes off on the same date every month. if i am charged for an R/D on my account i will be very upset and i do not appreciate these sms to remind me that my account is in arrears, while i am person who pays much more than required and i have never defaulted on my account and i am sure you can see the history<br>
