incorrect information

I was recruited by one of the consultants at the main street branch to apply for the cheque account as i am a graduate and promised that it comes with the tablet and housing bond and overdraft and credit card and it is a bundle thing where i pay a fixed amount every month for the package which is called a titanium ,in a month the first charges on my cheq account were way more than the amount that i was informed about ,went to the branch to downgrade and was told that all the charges are the same the is no More specification , to my surprise the is an account which is r39.00 even on the credit card ,and i always pay my credit of about 9000.00, sometimes r5000.00 and now i am in arrears and my cheque account is handed over for summons which is not my fault is the false representation from the banks side i nedd this account closed or down graded and my fees returned to me as i was not supposed to be charged all this
