Incorrect Deductions

I have been under debt review since November last year. All my accounts except obviously the savings account was handed over to One Debt, and regular PDA payments have been made since January 2016 to the accounts. However, today, I got notification that no payments have been received since September last year on my credit card, even though the fact was verified by the Debt Review company that amounts have indeed been allocated and received. Absa promptly deducted over R9000 from my account as they state they have no knowledge of the debt review, and that it is their right to make any deduction as they see fit? It has been an endless struggle to communicate, and the Debt review company has their version and proof, however, Absa just seems to go ahead and deny any application for debt review, or any knowledge. How can an amount like that just be deducted, without gaining all the facts,. I have been with Absa for a very long time, and thought I did the responsible thing to manage my debt through professionals, however, I am not receiving the same courtesy from Absa. One Debt can be contact to verify all the debt review facts. It has also gone to court and a court order has been approved to be under debt counselling. So please, please, advice what still needs to be done!!! I am seriously distressed about the situation from Absa's side.
