incorrect debit order amount

month after month they are taking it in there own hands to kill my credit score and are to *********** to fix it....

I have opened a personal loan through them with a debit order but somehow every month they debit the incorrect amount and call me for payment, plus they affect my credit score for paying late BUT ITS ON FREAKEN DEBIT ORDER..

ABSA actually makes me laugh about how *********** they are... I previously struggled for 6 months to change a debit order date but get what happened it never got changed and I had to pay penalties. the only way it got sorted is when i revert to social media about them.

IM ACTUALLY SO TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE. does anyone know how i can report them to credit bureau
