Incorrect Debit

I was wrongly billed by Bushy [URL Removed] on three occasion. The correct amount of R 88 was deducted on the 13/01/2015. Subsequently was debited for R 22 and R1065 on the 30/01016 and 31/01/15 respectively. The last two transactions were unauthorized . I was told by the bank that the last two transaction despite being over my credit limit were in terms of a 10% allowance in terms of a business decision taken by the bank. My question is who is going to pay the extra amount incurred as a result of a business decision taken y the bank and to which I did not agree. What protection is offered against such abuse. How is this problem going to be solved. I would rather not transact with a bank that *****s especially when it falls under the management of Absa
