Incorrect Bond Decline

Thank you Absa for declining my second bond application due to affordability reasons. Apparently I need to do your job for you, I submitted 4 copies of my payslip and 1 of my husbands, I also put the salaries in the application form online, but what I can assume is someone who clearly doesn't scrutinise the most important piece of information - the payslip and clearly thought I earned my weekly pay, monthly. Nice going Absa, I might just move my entire bond to a bank that wants my business. You are going to need to offer me a great rate in order to keep my bond because I am not at all impressed. It's quite embarrassing really, I have pointed this out to the agent, but I don't blame the agent entirely and it was my request to use her because of a positive previous experience, but I would expect her to know what she is submitting for a client and have a good idea what the outcome should be and perhaps check when the outcome is not what was expected.<br> I await your feedback.
