incorrect billing

I am very disappointed in Absa, i took up a top up loan on my Absa account and the aggreement was that I would stick to my loan timeframe and the increment of my aggreed amount would increase thereafter. I called in and a man refused to assist me as he said that he could not help me. I am very disappointed as I provide business to this bank and this is how they repay me.
