Incorrect Bank charges

We have completed settling our Home Loans payment. However, we were referred to a Lawer to help process the Bond cancellation process. On the documents that were sent, we noticed that the is an outstanding amount of R7916,75. We have voiced this issue at the Branch however nothing is being done by the bank. This is hindering the process of us getting the property directly to us. Just this morning again, we got a call and were advised that the amount has skyrocketed to about R18000.
