Incorrect amount debited

Good day, I had app**** for payment relief because obviously i needed it. It was approved. the first month in sep an amount of r821.75 was to be debited but the full instalment of R3286.20was taken. I had emailed through and i was refunded. This month an amount of R5771.11 was taken instead of R1 643.50. Afetr querying yet again, i get an email that i will be refunded R3310.86. This is incorrect - i should be refunded R4132.61. I called the call centre yesterday and was told that Pearl Mothupi would call me back and yes i am still waiting. I urgently need feedback as i had budgeted according to the payment relief plan
