INCOPMETENT ABSA HOMELOAN

I have been trying to get settlement at ABSA Homeloan, for the last few days I have been sent from A-Z don’t mention the airtime, time & petrol I used(going to the branch). As I am typing I have not been helped, I got all the characters at ABSA from rude to nice but I have not been helped. Called Complaints Department apparently they will attend to my Query in 3-4 days time that excludes the 4 days I have wasted. Just for asking for settlement. I’m furious and disappointed at ABSA
