Inconvinience of NOTE!!!!!

So I receive and sms and a phone call to advise that my card is ready for collection at Sandton City. Both times I am advised that I need to bring my payslip, proof of residence and id book. At no point was I told that the proof of residence can not be from my employer. So after all that inconvinience of driving to the bank on a Saturday it ws a wasted trip. This does not fall in line with treating clients fairly and I am utterly disappointed.
