Inconveniencing bank

I recently joined ABSA Bank, however they are failing to activate the ABSA reward App on my my phone, every day telling me IT is fixing it. It’s been 3 weeks now!! Delay on fixing this issue is affecting my Bond registration, my Bond registration is on stand still because of this inconvenience/ incompetence. So disappointed after I left my previous which has never given me such issues.
