Inconvenienced by uninformed banking staff

I was expecting a deposit into my Investec account but the depositor was turned back at the Mafikeng as well as the Mega city ABSA branches. At one branch she was told the deposit won't go through and at the other the tellers told her that they had never heard of an Investec cash deposit at ABSA. I called the Megacity branch to try ask them to assist this depositor, the lady I spoke to asked for my banker's contact number to find out how the transaction should be done. The lady took my number & said she would revert to me after speaking to my banker but never did
