Inconvenienced by the last vehicle finance debit order not going off

Absa vehicle finance was supposed to debit the last installment on the 1st but they never did. on the 7th I received an sms stating that payment was due, I phoned to find out why they didn't debit, the consultant this happens if I have paid more than my installment during the payment period but a cording tho their records, I never did that and she doesn't understand why it is on cash payment. She said the debit order will go off on the 8th but in never did! Is Absa trying to trap me or what? They must debit finish and klaar or else I will use this money!
