inconvenienced

I app**** for a pension powered home loan with Absa (loan secured buy my pension fund) I sent them all the required documents they requested, all I really needed was R39500 for transfer cost and deposit though I only app**** for R50000, the consultant that was assisting (very nice) told me I could only get R32500, my application then went to their credit department were the problem was were I would get the shortfall, I told them my mother will give me R7500 of which which she did. they the requested me to pay the R7300 to the attorneys and send them proof that the money is paid then it would finalized. I had to take time off from work to do all that yesterday, after I sent the proof, they the came back saying it is declined . <br> <br> I feel they have inconvenienced me, waited for 2 weeks to get a respond, there was not even a need for me to take time off from work to go pay the attorneys and get proof. I now need a break down of my expenses from them and an explanation of how I cannot afford a loan of less than R300 a month. why they did not inform me early so I can make other plans<br>
