Inconvenience

<p>I personally submitted my funeral claim last week Thursday in Gauteng and received an SMS that I should re-submit documents that were not clear. Done that this time in Free State, same procedure, hand delivered documents to the branch and I even got a confirmation SMS that my claim has been received. This afternoon I called doing a follow up. Consultant told me it's authorized and will be paid tomorrow in my account or latest Thursday. Surprisingly two hours down the line I received a call from Ronel that my claim is under Audit and will be finanlized within 15 working days. Unfortunately I cannot wait that long funeral is this coming Saturday and I need that money. ABSA Life just finalise my claim and pay it before Friday.</p>
