Inconsistent Information
I app**** online for a Virgin Money Credit Card on 30/11/15. I received a quote that I qualify for a certain amount. I sent off all documents required and I was told it needs to be certified. I did exactly that and sent it back on Friday 4/12/15. I then called in to ask the status of my application and was told it was declined on the 30/11/15 already so why the hell was a quote sent to me with details of the amount I qualify for and why did they then let me get all the documents if I was declined. seriously??? what the hell is the correct story here!!!! and the line is always busy. I have called thrice today I had to hold for 20-30min. seriously a waste of my damn time. you guys suck BIG TIME!!!
