Inconsistent and unfair credit policy

Absa Bank is not consistent with their lending criteria and despite me having vehicle finance and a credit card with them, they still have not established my financial standing. Both facilities are paid on time and remain current, despite an absorbent interest rate on the vehicle finance which no logical explanation has been given. Absa will continue to lose their clients because of inconsistent rules to their credit policy. I should add that my salary is paid to my Absa current account. Extremely disappointed in Absa Bank
