INCONSISTENCY

On 20.04.2015 I went to Absa Park Station in JHB and requested to reverse d/o. The consultant advised me to pay R442. This was strange as I've done this at Voortrekker Str Alberton and Rosebank branches, NO CHARGE. Upon returning to query this, I was told that the they are doing their job and the other branches were not. There's inconsistency, as all should be doing the same thing. I'm extremely upset about this, as I've never been charged and suddenly its R500. Totally unacceptable to me as a client, checked pricing guides etc and no reference to reversal of d/o. What they showed me at the Park Station branch was that its a \magtape dispute"which was R26 per debit order. There is no transparency"
