Inconsiderate to their clients

Absa has the worst customer service. I logged a dispute and was promised a callback which i never received. Than I receive and email that my query is resolved and closed with incorrect information. I have been send from pillar to post and I sent proof of my dispute and the person I am liasing with take their time to respond to my emails. My dispute was not even investigated, because if it was they would have investigated the correct query.
