Inconsiderate staff or management at ABSA Park Station

<p>On the 07/03/2017 I went to withdraw R16 000.00 at ABSA Park Station Branch. The teller Mr Mdluli told me that branches in the city centre do not permit clients to withdraw funds in excess of R10 000.00 instead they refer them to Malls like Eastgate, Rosebank etc. I found this very disheartning as no proper reasons as to why this is was given, so I bought a Gautrain ticket and went to Rosebank Mall ABSA where I was assisted ably and efficiently by a Carol. I then proceeded to tell Carol about my expereince which rendered her speechless. She said she wasn't aware of such a policy and is shocked by her fellow colleagues behaviour. I am exteremely frustrated at the kind of service I received at ABSA Park Station. I needed the money to pay for my mechanic who was fixing my car. On your websites there is nothing to that effect and I ma frankly quite disappointed at the fact that no consideation for staff is taken into account</p>
