Inconsiderate, prioritised a certain group of people over the other

During the last storm that affected Durban and surrounding arrears, my house suffered and a few wall cracked. So as an absa insurance client, we contacted them and they promised to send an assessor. We waited for a couple of days since their assessor comes from Pretoria and they do not have anyone around including during the times of emergency. The assessor final came , made the assessment and we were promised feedback. I'm talking about couple of months ago. We are still waiting, damages are still there, no feedback whatsoever. I find this condescending, disrespectful and treating people differently. We have heard of stories of them rushing to rescue for certain people I'm not going to go deep with this. That is why people end up going to social media to write about these companies.

Good day I would like once again to complain regarding the very same matter. Three guys have been to house since my last complaint. They came and assessed, I assumed that we will be receiving feedback from Absa but nothing has been communicated yet. What I find most disrespectful is that we are now getting messages from other people who claim to be assessor from Absa and want to come and assess the damage in my house. How many people will it take for this house to be completely assessed and repaired. I mean, already about 4 different assessors have been here. I took time off work to be at home so as for them to find somebody available. Can we have somebody with a heart to look into this matter please. What if my house collapses? I have all this proof of complaints and messages from the assessors. I will take Absa to task!!
