Today i wanted to open an account for my foster child that was placed legally in to my care, the rude Absa employee Riaan du Toit just told me that me as a legal guardian can not open an account for the boy so South African court order is useless. And i must change his birth certificate! How the hell do you change a birth certificate. Rude *********** workers.
