I took out a policy for my son, debit order is going off on my account. I phoned on 14/2 9:44 to cancel and spoke to Monique, she confirmed she will phone my son at 1 to confirm that he doesn't want to go on. She never phoned. I phone today 10/3 and spoke to Manual who said he can't cancel for me as it isn't my policy. I explain again that I took it out and the debit order is going off on my Bank, he refuse to phone my son, he refuse to put me through to his supervisor as well as to give me the regulators contact number. The easy way to show I competency. I need this policy cancelled Elsie *** or Tinus ***
