The consultant goes and links the wrong account no to my rewards this account does not even exist the other consultant goes an creates a wrong profile on my banking app. Owe and the rewards staff do not do what you ask them. I'm wondering if I did the right thing joining ABSA? What wonderful thing will you do next for me absa. I can't wait....
